Refund policy

We really want you to love your Etch & Adorn product as much as we do! However if for any reason you aren't totally happy with your purchase you can return your item in its original packaging within 14 days of purchasing for an exchange or refund (return postage costs paid by customer). Please email us and we will let you know where you need to return your item to.

Faulty or damaged items

Please email us as soon as possible. We may then ask that you send the item back to us including details explaining the fault. As soon as it has arrived back with us we will send a replacement and refund any additional postage costs incurred.

Please note, we are unable to accept returns on faulty items after more than 28 days.

Missing items

Please email us as soon as possible and we will ensure that the missing items are sent out to you as soon as possible.
